I have found that the people that leave reviews like these online are either sharing a great experience or a horrible one- mine was great! I purchased a used 2012 Impala from Stephen Motors in 2013. Greg helped me through the whole process- discovering what vehicle I wanted, and because they didn`t have the color I was interested in, they went and found one for me, showing me pictures and keeping me updated along ... view morethe way. He didn`t go ask the boss for prices, he didn`t send me to another department for finance, he didn`t add on any extended warranties or service contracts. Just good, old-fashioned business. I`ll go there again, and I`ll tell all my friends!

Do not buy from stephens motor

I bought a suv from them and they said they would fix the transfer case and they put it into the contract. I took it back 3 times to have them fix it and they said nothing was wrong with it. I finally took it to another dealer and they said that the tranfer case was so bad it would cost less to to get a used one. I got it fixed and went back to stephens and they said they werent responsible for anything.
