I took my car into this busine...

I took my car into this business recently. Not only did they charge and arm and a leg for a battery (of their choosing, not once giving me a choice of any others), but the man I dealt with was extremely rude. I felt condescended to on the phone and ignored in person. When I made a complaint, the owner did apologize, saying "He`s just like that." Furthermore, my car continued to have the same problem it ... view morehad before I brought it in. So, I took it elsewhere, where I received wonderful service AND proper repairs. Incidentally, I`ve worked customer service for the bulk of my working life. If you`re going to have some rude curmudgeon as the face of your business, you will lose customers.

Honest Service & Family Owned

If you have ever been to a tire store like Tires Plus, you know what a bunch of dis-honest people that want to sell you stuff that you don`t need. Not at Simon Tire. It isn`t a chain, it is family owned. You don`t have the ""Go Getter"" 20 year old sales dude that is trying to screw you over. You actually get real people that aren`t full of BS. It`s not as ""pretty"" as all of the strip mall tire stores, but I like i... view moret that way. It`s an old school shop that I will continue to go back to.
