I`d Recommend to Anyone With...
I am confused by wdm515`s review. I have been taking my Volvos and our other family vehicles to Beckley Automotive for 18 years. They have been nothing but honest, upfront and easy to work with. They have always been very professional and we`ve never had any issues with them. They do not do work on our cars without our permission with an upfront estimate first. Pathetic Service, Dishonest
Run the other way -- I`ve had three Volvos that Beckley Auto has touched in recent years and they are simply incompetent and highly over priced. My last car was in their shop several (5 or more) times between December and April, and they never did fix the original problem. Their diagnostics took a shot-in-the-dark approach, fixing several unnecessary components. When the problems were taken to the owner -- he simply ... view moredisagreed and chose to ignore me. It was a total disaster and I`m left paying the bill. There are far better options for import service in this market. These people are arrogant and dishonest.
