I bought some tires from Walmart this last Monday night and needed them installed on my car immediately as I was leaving town early Tuesday morning and there wouldn`t be time to have them installed anywhere else that morning since it was a long trip and I would be on a deadline. Walmart refused to install the tires because of various reasons and would not allow me to return the tires because they were purchased with ... view morea gift card. I stopped at Blain`s and asked them if they would be able to install the tires on my vehicle that night. I explained my situation to one of the employees who apparently was supposed to be leaving within the next half hour, and rather than tell me he wouldn`t be able to get to it, he happily said he would stick around and install them for me because of my situation. My only regret is that I bought my tires from Walmart instead of Blain`s, and from now on, I will be going there for all of my automotive needs. As a manager in the service industry, I was impressed with how I was treated, and they have won a new customer.

Never going back

Extremely unhappy with them. Had tires put on, they tighten too tight and warped the rims, $250 to repair. Ordered a hitch that was supposed to be 2 weeks, they forgot, went in and reordered it, when I called 2 weeks later they said it should be there any day, but later found out they just ordered it after we called and it`d be another 2 weeks, told them to cancel the order which they agreed, I ordered it with overni... view moreght shipping from Amazon for less. When I went in to get the credit back, they said there are no return on special order, and took my money. Will NEVER buy from them again.
