Norwalk tire and auto did a front end alignment on my car Oct 2012 it was done 1 day after I spend 1200.00 on new tires. 4 months later a vibration starts I took my car to the place where I bought my tires and they said that the front tires were worn down already only after 3000 miles tire shop said you`re alignment was off. Returned to Norwalk Tire and Auto told me that I must have hit something because the toe was ... view moreoff they did another alignment still had the vibration returned again this time they told me my rim was bent. Took my car to a rim shop in Grimes to check was advised all rims spun true so no bent rim. Returned to Norwalk again said they would take care of me and never heard back from them. I took my car to a dealer for service had them do an alignment check and sure enough it was still done incorrectly. 2 days after I had my car worked on back in Oct I sent a friend to their shop because at the time I thought they did great work she had an alignment done as well and her toe was off and her front tires are now worn down again 4 months later she took it to another alignment shop and her alignment was way off the tires were pointing in you could see it with your own eyes it was off. So anyone who reads this and had an alignment done you better go have it checked because your tires will soon be gone and Norwalk Tire and Auto won`t care.
