I have been to alot of places and I will never take my car to another mechanic in my life time! This place has the most honest poeple I can`t imagine some one saying something bad unless they just didn`t want to spend the money when the mechanics warned them about the dangers of not fixing the problem and then when something goes wrong with their car they try to blame them, that is just terrible to have a customer sa... view morey bad things because they don`t want to take responsibilty for their vehicles, Keep up the great work and I will always recommend your place of business.

Missed a key component in brake repair...

I have used Brake Masters for about two years without any issues until some recent work that I had done. I brought my car in to get the brake pads replaced and to have the roders looked at. The place replaced my brakes and indicated that my roders were fine. A week later my car started to violently vibrate every time that I came to a stop. Upon taking my car to another auto repair shop it was found that the roders we... view morere completely warped and had to be replaced. When I called brake masters to see what they would do they indicated that they could replace the roders for $75.00 (making the total price exactly the same as if they had just replaced them in the first place) and that was the best that they could offer. This place is not interested in customer service at all and their mistakes on your repair could end up costing you a lot of time and money in the long run. Avoid them if at all possible.
