Poor customer service!

I would give Deery Brothers no stars, but they did do decent overpriced work so far. The problem I have is being downright lied to, and parts missing from our truck on both visits to the service department. The first time in the shop, the passenger side front fender trim was missing. The second time in the shop, the drivers side front fender trim was missing. When I asked about this, the service person said it m... view moreust have come off in the car wash. WTF! The last time it happened I tugged on the opposite side to see how easy it was to come off, and it was very strong, so there is no possible way it came off in the car wash. I was also lied to during the service. I was told that I would only be charged for parts on the replacement of the shocks on my truck during a frame replacement, but when I got the bill labor was also charged. Needless to say, I was not happy about being lied to. We will not be going back there unless they make things right, which I don`t think well happen. Update (6-19-2010): I am changing my review as far as decent overpriced work so far. We went to fill up the truck and the gas was just pouring all over the ground. The idiots didn`t even hook up the fuel line from the tank to the filler port! I can`t wait to see what else is wrong with our truck!
