I visited this shop based on the reviews I read. From my personal experience I found that they seem to be less than knowledgeable for my car. I specifically asked if they knew how to work on this particular model of luxury car. The owner assured me he was more than capable. Once there, everything seem to be wrong and suggested that it be repaired other than what I went for. I was getting one code that was never reall... view morey addressed. Which left me to assume that they had no clue how to locate the problem or repair it. I had done research before going to give incite on what the problem was. I was told that would not effect my gas mileage. I was told to leave my car for a tune up because it was a difficult job based on the type of luxury car I owned. After the supposed `TUNE UP", my car ran worse. There was a hose that was kinked that caused a bad vacuum leak. I had some one to go in and double check the plugs were changed because I really questioned it. He removed the shield that only took a few minutes. For the person that it had to go in and double check the plugs took less than an hour. He questioned the plugs being changed too. He replaced the hose that was damaged by this shop. This new mechanic I found actually listened to what I had to say and went right to the problem and corrected it. I`ve always been told the best lesson learned are the one you pay for. That one costed me 440.00.
