I just got my car back today. From the time I called, to the tow to the pick up, they were courteous, up front, responsive and very professional. Sam kept me informed ever step of the way there were mo surprises at the end or at any time. My car runs great and I haven`t had all the work it needs yet. I will be going back to have the rest of it done here. The prices are very fair.

Chicago`s Best BMW Repair Shop

There was a check engine light on my 2006 BMW X5, I brought it in and they broke everything down for me. I haven`t had an issue with this shop and they are very reasonable. Their prices are very fair, which doesn`t hurt.

TWO THUMBS UP!!!

I used to take my Jaguar to the dealer but came here based on a referral from a friend. I`m mad at myself for not coming to Woodlawn earlier. I used to pay outrageous dealer prices but Woodlawn Auto Care has addressed every one of my issues and for a lot cheaper than the dealer.

GREATEST REPAIR SHOP

I have been going to Woodlawn Auto Care for over 3 years now and I am more impressed every time I walk in there. This place truly has the greatest mix of generous prices, quality service and treat everyone with a great deal of respect. My last trip there related to getting my brakes done on my 2005 Impala, they used premium parts on my car and came in at a very reasonable price. Rude, Carless, Money Hungry!!

Don?ˆ™t go to this place! They say they specialized in foreign cars so, I took my Nissan Sentra in for service because it was running hot. I was charged to replace the thermostat, and a few days later I had to take my car back because it was STILL running hot. So, I was charged a second time to replace the coolant temperature sensor. WTF!!!?? So, I took my car to CarMax and it turns out that the thermostat was stuck closed?ˆ¦DUH!! They were just messing around with my car HOPING they would figure out what was wrong. The owner is rude and carless and the mechanics obviously don?ˆ™t know what they are doing because a stuck thermostat seems to be a very common problem amongst new and old cars?ˆ¦. Take your vehicle to a more knowledge place, or better yet take it to a dealer. Woodlawn DOES NOT!! Specialize in foreign cars, even though their signage says that they do.
