I brought my car to Premier Auto for a second opinion, actually third, first two places couldn`t figure out what was wrong with my car. Premier was the only place that was able to repair my car. It turned out to be an electrical short which they were able to fix that same day! I couldn`t be happier!

This is the most unprofessiona...
This is the most unprofessional auto service establishment in the chicagoland area. I stopped here for tire service and waited for over 10 minutes before any one came over to my car to inquire of my needs. When the owner (Frank) noticed this fail, he began yelling and swearing at the top of his lungs to his employees, only then one employee (Dirt) ran to my car to service my tire. The worker was so embarassed that... view more he began tro talk to me and apologize for his boss`s behavior. After the rush job repairing my tire, I paid and left and hoped that I would never have to come back. Unfortunately, within 2 days my tire was low again. I returned to Premiere, and was disrespected like never before. I was told by the same employee that there was no plug in the tire and that this couldnt have been the tire that he repaired. The owner accused me of changing the tire. I was in disbelief at this point. After going back and forth with these characters for 5 minutes, I requested to have my keys and would handle the needs on my own. I attempted to have quick service at a small town business, and was reminded how true the statement is "You get what you pay for". I would rather pay higher fees for better service anyday.
