I was pleasantly suprised at how easy the process was at kingdom chevrolet. I was treated with respect and honesty. They helped get into the exact vehicle I wanted at the payment I had budgeted for myself. They are renovating so things are a little dusty and driving by I thought they were closed but once inside I got a great deal and everyone made sure I was a happy customer.. I just Purchased a 2011 Chevy Malibu (the car I wanted). Chris Shei made this happen for me, I went to a dealer before I came to kingdom chevy and was told I needed a cosigner and I didn`t have one available for me. so I left and went to kingdom because I heard good news about them. At first I thought he wasn`t going to be able to get me the car I wanted, but he proved me wrong and I drove out of there with the car I said I wanted when I first walked in, and NO cosigner Thank you!

I called to make sure this vehicle they advertized on autotrader.com was still available. Joel the salesman told me yes it is available at 10:30 AM. I told the salesman I was coming to get the vehicle to hold it for me. Joel said nothing about a deposit and said ok. I picked up my daughter put $75 in fuel in my truck and set off for the city. Upon arrival at Kingdom Chevrolet at 2:15PM we inquired about this particul... view morear vehicle. They told us no it was out back being washed a couple hours before our arrival. I asked them to go please check on the status of the vehicle. We were speaking to incent and he came back and told us the vehicle was just sold 20 minutes ago and we should have put a deposit on the vehicle for them to hold. My daughter and I were very angry and left.

I purchased a brand new 2012 Chevy Cruze, and after the sales team lied to me and told me that they had to add a $1,000 to the MSRP because I qualified for the 0% interest rate. I was driving my car last week, and the error message "A/C Off Due to High Engine Temperatures" popped up on the car. After thinking it was just a problem I should address over the weekend, I came to find out the car had no oil i... view moren it. Instead of the manager apologizing for no oil being in the car, he kept insisting he couldn`t believe it. All they suggested was for an oil an filter change. An oil and filter change on a car that didn`t have more that 1,500 miles. I would have figured they would have offered to replace the car, because everyone knows the engine is worn extremely without any oil in it. The manager told me as I was walking out, "You caught it just in time." I was so disappointed with my first car buying experience. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I wouldn`t suggest anybody to go there.

After hearing all the horror stories about car salesmen and dealerships in general, I was really nervous about buying my first vehicle on my own. Kingdom Chevrolet has some of the best cars around and definitely the best staff anywhere. Everyone was so nice and were the friendliest car salesmen around. Usually salesmen have a bad rap sheet and are pushy people but that?ˆ™s not the case here at all. I had a great experience here and will definitely return.
