RUDE & not worth trying

My recommendation is to just skip them, go to another cab service altogether. They are horribly rude. I don`t know how they have any business ever. I waited for about 30 minutes on hold, and as soon as I got an actual person, they mumbled something while laughing, and when I said "Pardon?" they just hung up, which is incredibly frustrating after holding for them. OVERCHARGING JERKS!!!!

I took a cab ride and when I arrived to my destination and gave the driver my card, he started reaming me out for not telling him I was gonna use a credit card before I got in the cab to take the ride. I apologized, he claimed his system was offline ( total b.s.) but swiped my card anyways and i watched him type in $96.55 instead of $9.65. He told me he typed it in correctly and that the card didn`t work, took me to ... view morean atm to get cash, but since I only had $60 in my account to begin with I was overdrawn at the atm and couldn`t get money because he just sent a $96 charge through!!!! Total jerk bag, and judging by these other reviews this company is a bunch of shadys behind the wheel. Be more choosey when hailing a cab, they aren`t all the same! This company SUCKS!!!!

Multiple Charges

If you plan on using a credit card to pay for your cab, be sure to check the statement. I have used Chicago Carriage twice now, and both time I have noticed multiple charges to my credit card for the same trip.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

THIS WAS MY first time trying to use the cab service and I must say it will CERTAINLY be my last!!! I was hung up on SEVERAL TIMES and had to call back for an hour an a half,before I was even able to speak to anyone!!! I WILL NERVER USE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE this company!!!!

no service

I tried getting a cab and I was hung up on 3 times. 2 times they pickep up and said nothing for about 10 seconds as I said hello the third time the lady was rude when I asked for an advance pick up. She "no" and hung up. DON"T USE THEM!

Trip too short?

I tried to make a reservation to Midway from the south side of Chicago and was denied service. She told me it was because I was so close that the cab drivers preferred to drive to O`Hare at that time of day, but I scheduled the cab for 2:30 in the afternoon! Not reliable

I missed my flight because of this company. I arranged a pickup for 8:15 AM; when the cab didn`t arrive, I called. I was told to wait 5 minutes. At 8:30 I called again; the dispatch operator said the cab had "disappeared," and asked me to wait another 10 minutes for a second cab. 25 minutes later, I got a call from the second cab; the driver told me he was outside. I want down to the street, but there was no cab. Tha... view moret was 8:55. I flagged a cab on the street, but I missed my flight. I never got a follow-up call or apology. My airline re-booking cost me $175, and I was a day late to my appointment. I know many people use this company, but that kind of behavior isn`t good enough: it`s more like what you might get from Checker. I`m moving on.

Surprisingly good

They really do have stretch cabs. Wow.I though it was gimmick. Will use again, A+++, thank you.
