To the previous review: No company will ever be able to `fix` a repair chip. It will always be there. Even big companies such as Safelite will never be able to guarantee it being completely gone. Shoddy work, horrid Cust serv

Can`t fix a windshield crack. Claim it always shows and can`t be made flat. Rude, don`t know what they`re doing. Outrageous prices never quoted up front. No refunds, just apply cost of shoddy work to new windshield. i don`t think so. Never ever take a car here. They may be fine on other things but don`t trust your car to these unhelpful incompetents.

Great service with a friendly ...

Great service with a friendly staff. They installed my mirror for my car at no cost. They did everything in a timely manner and I`d go there again first for any glass/mirror needs.

everything about Paul`s glass was lovely. i had a nice guy named Bob installing my windshield. he did an excellent job and was very professional. got the job done fast, all in all if my windshield breaks again im going through Paul`s again.

Customer Service

If you want to get yelled at by the employees, this is the company for you. If you want a very stupid answer, talk to the girls that sit at the desk. I would not recommend this company to anyone that wants good quality workmanship. The customer service is horrible and they try to make you look stupid even if they are at fault. Don`t waste your time and money going to this place.

A++++ Service

I took my car to Paul`s Glass after someone broke out my window and stole my radio and GPS out of my Tahoe. The employees there were very professional and repaired my vehicle quickly. They even worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was like it was before the break in, including making sure that my window was tinted like it was before. Paul`s even has another part of his business called Mobile Conce... view morepts that handled the replacement of my stolen radio and GPS. They even installed an alarm and remote start system, and all of this was done the same day as well. I wouldn`t take my car anywhere else. Paul`s Glass and Mobile Concepts are #1 in my book. They truly are a one stop shop. I would recommend them to anyone.
