BEWARE!!!! NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!

I took my car in for a yearly check-up and they said the transmission was going out and not working well. It is a 2001 Beetle and it was in great shape otherwise so we decided to have it fixed. It cost much more than their quoted estimate and 3 months later we are still having to take it in because it is still not shifting right and whinning into each gear! WE were the ones that had to call them and ask about the car... view more`s status each time because they did NOT call us back otherwise and fill us in on any details. Also, this is 6th time we have had to take the bug back in! The manager told us we could drive it even though it wasn`t shifting right after the fixed it until they received new parts. The car got so bad they had to tow it back a few days later!!! Each time we have taken the car in they have taken 1-3 weeks at a time and kept it not calling us ONCE! We have had to hound them the whole time and they finally gave us a used car off their lot and didn`t even hand put a correct plate on it and the seat was unsafe and moved back and forth! After threatening them, they gave us a rental car for a week or so. Now we had to take it in and they are saying it is an electrical issue...not related to the transmission they rebuilt..UNBELIEVABLE!! Next step....court. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE EVER FOR ANYTHING THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DO NOT GET BACK TO YOU!!! UNLESS IT IS FOR AN OIL CHANGE, AND EVEN THEN I`D BE CAREFUL!!!!

If I could give less than one ...

If I could give less than one star I definitely would. Do not take your car here to be serviced! The prices are ridiculously high, we went weeks without hearing any updates on our car, and to top it all off we were charged for services that we did not give permission to be done. Do yourself a favor and shop around, just not here.

Do not take your car here!!

We brought our car in for transmission service and had a terrible experience! After getting a ridiculously high quote we took the car to another shop but still got stuck paying hundreds of dollars here for them to look at it. As soon as we decided to take the car elsewhere it was very hard to get a hold of them. We also got charged for labor that we never agreed to a price on!! First honest repair shop I have been to.

These guys were up front with me and told me everything I needed to get fixed. At first I thought they were just trying to upsell me until I left and a week later I started having the problems they warned me about. So I took it back and got it fixed with them and my car is running great now. This shop is a very trustworthy repair shop. I am a regular customer now.
