Their service is terrible

Do not take your car to this dealership, EVER! I took my car in for one problem, it has a rattle noise. They kept it for 3 days, they gave excuses after excuses, lies after lies. They charged me $90 for something that didn`t fix the problem. My check engine light is on now because of the ""fuel filler neck being rusted""... it has been like this for a while and the check engine light has never been on. They won`t re... view morefund the money I paid for the parts. The person in the service department wouldn`t even get in my car to go for a ride so I could have him hear the noise. This same person said the mechanic, his manager and him self took the car for a ride (22 miles) and didn`t hear a thing, BS. I am never taking my car back to this dealership, they should be ashamed of themselves. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!!

Bad Experience

I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I purchased a used car from them and within 3 weeks, the car engine light turned on. I talk to the sales guy (John Powell) and he smirks and laughs and says, "good luck - you bought a used car!!". I got the car checked in Firestone and they said the dealership already knew about the car engine light problem as the diagnosis error code is written by chalk on the front ... view moreitself!! I talk to the dealer and they say theere was no problem when I bought the car so they are not resposnsible. I am still tlaking to them. Its a small dealership and I won;t recommend going to small dealerships to anyone. They don`t worry about their image coz they don`t have any image in the first place!!
