My husband and I were looking for smaller SUVs and we looked at the website on Tom O`Brien in Greenwood and found a few vehicles we were interested in. When we showed up to the dealership we were kindly greeted by our salesman, John Niehans. He was very professional and was quick to setting us up for a test drive. The sales manager was great to work with and within a very short time we received our approval....with no issues anywhere in the process!! Between our salesman, the sales manager, and the finance guy at Tom O`Brien, we had a flawless, amazing experience!!!! We always dread buying cars because it seems to be a long, drawn-out process, but not at this dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend buying a vehicle at this dealership. They are straight to the point and have a mission of putting you in the car you want. No games here!
