Great people and very courteous service! No pressure from the salespeople like at other lots! I came in and bought a Charger last week and got a better deal then I had even hoped!

This place is horrible. These people are crocks!!! They sale broke down cars, collision, bad engines, everything!!! They buy these cars from the auction down the street from there facility, most of the cars they buy have been in a collision or have bad engines or alot of under body work or damage. They get these cars for really cheap which makes them sale them for cheap. Cheaper is not always better their cars are da... view morengerous!!! Not only that but they are very unprofessional, add on all type of crazy fees, their warrenty is a joke as well. There mechanics suck, and they take forever to get a job done and then when it gets done its still done incorrectly. Then they make them look decent on the outside to sale them. They sale the car without even inspecting it to make sure it is safe to drive on the road.I purchased a vehicle from them 2005 Grand Prix and after a week of having it, the engine blew(thank God I purchased the warrenty). It took them 3 weeks to fix the problem they didnt even give me a loaner car, they said it was against policy and I had to pay a deductable. I asked to trade it in they said I would have to pay an extra 1000 dollars. After they finally finished and got the car back home. I found out the tie rods, sway bars, and ball joints were all loose. The vehicle had electrical problems, and it was leaking oil. My mechanic said it was a danger to have his car on the road. I called and explained to them why they didnt inspect the car before giving it to me, they said they dont inspect them...I have two children that rides in the back seat!!! If tie rods and sway bars are loose my wheels can fall off!!!!! I have called an atternoy that said he gets calls about Indy Auto Brokers at least every 3 months. I am currently taking these people to court. Please please please dont go this place. There are plenty of buy here pay here places that you can go to that will be honest, loyal, and professional. These people don`t care about your life, or you getting a nice reliable car, its all about money to them. Run from this place!!!!!!!!! Read all the reviews others have said the same thing. The ones that have positive to say are the employees liying to keep their ranking up......Trust me Run Away

This place had a great car I could afford. They were willing to work with me on the down payment and really gave me a great deal. Its good to be back on the road and I owe it all to indy auto!

Dirty! Worst experience ever!

At first, it seems great! You go to purchase the car it everything turns to the worse. We called and said we would be back in with cash before closing hours. They were gone and locked up before closing time. The guys were across the street and came back from the liquor store. The owner or salesmen agreed to come back. Once back, they raised the price on us. We told them it CLEARLY stated the lower price on their webs... view moreite. I nearly got into a fistfight with these idiots! Someone with a calmer head than I decided to call them out on false advertising. They agreed to honor the price. My fiance signed the papers and they NEVER disclosed this car had a rebuilt title. They FORGED the check marks after she had signed the papers, before they copied them! This is illegal and very troubling. Whatever, it was a $2800 car. Well, get the car home and we find out it had a blown head gasket! Could things be any worse? Nope. Complete disaster with troublesome employees and an owner. The room where you sign papers is like a dungeon, be warned. This place is untrustworthy.
