Never take your bike here for service, they do not know what they are doing. Took my custom bike in for throttle cable installation and chain adjust and they did not adjust chain correctly and less than 24hrs later my speed sensor went out. Took it in again to have a couple basic things done and they said they could not do it. First thing, called 2 hours before they closed and they said they hadn`t got to it nor do they take appointments after I was told they did. Ended up having to leave it for over 3 days because they wanted to take my engine apart after a basic installation of a part. Never ever taking my bike there again. Customer service and mechanics have no knowledge of what they are doing and found a certified motorcycle mechanic who can do anything and everything for half the price and I know it will be done correctly!!

I bought a used Shadow Aero last month, and it was a great experience. I shopped around before deciding to buy there. Dreyer`s had the biggest selection of used bikes, plus good prices too. I`d recommed them to anyone!

This is the fifth Wing I`ve bought from Dreyer Honda. My first was in 1981, and I bought it from Jr. Dreyer. I traded that for my 1990 GL1500, then I traded that for my 2001 GL1800, then I traded that for my new 2012 Wing. I`ve bought them all from Jr. Dreyer. I`ve always been happy with my Goldwings. The employees at the parts counter know me by name. They are very knowledgeable, and they`ve spend hours with me, helping me to accessorize my Wing with a CB, foglights, passenger armrests, spoiler, and every piece of chrome imaginable.

Best Sales Department!!

I visited other motorcycle shops before buying my dirtbike. At other stores, I found that the salespeople were not knowledgeable: in fact, I knew more about the bikes than most of the salesmen! Some had a bad attitude, as if they didn`t care if I bought a bike or not. I had a totally different experience at Dreyer Honda. Chas, my salesperson, knew all the specs of the CRF250R and the CRF450R. He made the buying ... view moreexperience a pleasurable one. He never seemed like he was in a hurry, like other stores have. Chas took plenty of time to explain the different machines to me, and I appreciated all the detail. When the time came for me to buy, I knew it would be at Dreyers. That was several months ago, and I`ve had no regrets. Whether I came in for parts or service, the staff is always friendly.

Dreyer Honda is my favorite bike shop

Great place + Great people = the only place to buy!! I bought a used VTX1300S in May. Two weeks later, I noticed a slight oil leak. The service department was terrific. Even though they had a busy schedule, they worked my bike in right away. Less than 48 hours later, I rode my bike home and haven`t had a problem since.

overall great experience

I bought my Recon ATV in June of 2006. The salesperson was very knowledge. The financing took only a few minutes to complete. I have had no problems with my ATV, but I`m confident that if I did, Dreyers would take care of me.

Very unsatisfied customer

I purchased a 96 Kawasaki 1500 Vulcan Classic and discovered that second gear was not working properly. I took it to Dreyer to have the gear fixed and they not only rebuilt the entire tranny but also did engine work that was not authorized. Total bill 2555.00 of which I had to pay 1000.00. I am not happy at all.
