We had truck that would not start that we had sold a 2006 f350.6.0l diesel, I am from Illinois and I drove out to look at it to see what was wrong. It needed a FICM, This part can only be programed by the dealer. I was told the the diesel tech was off but they would get it in. And they did.After installing the part and programing it it still would not start, Dave in service went out of his way to find out what was wr... view moreong, I picked up the truck and did the rest of the repairs myself but they did a great job on the work that they did and charged me what they said they were going to charge me and not a penny more, The truck runs Great Thanks again

Avoid Barile Ford`s service dep`t

I took my car in to address a Ford recall and to check a heating problem. The recall may have been done correctly, but the work performed on the heater at $250+ was useless--we sat in their lot when picking it up and ran it and there was no heat at all. Is this supposed to be fixed? They offered to check it out, and of course recommended a new repair--$400 more dollars. When we came to pick it up after this repai... view morer, the lights on the heater panel on the dash weren`t working (and of course they were working before these guys got their hands on it) and the car, which ran like a top before Barile got their hands on it, was now bucking and sputtering on idle and showing a check engine light. Recommendation to fix the rough idle? $900 in repairs. You do the math. This is too many ""coincidences."" They either ""cause"" the problems or are too incompetent to get the job done correctly. Avoid this place - there are good places to go in Valparaiso.
