Above & beyond what was required is how I would describe the customer service! Since I was traveling away from home, I did not have a husband or a tool to do the job for me. Not only did they point me in the right direction, they asissted me in putting together the pieces together. That is more then I can say for the local car repair shops who either refused the project or wanted an hour worth of labor for a five min... view moreute job, thus leaving it to me to have to DIY. But it wasn`t a problem at 6pm when the only place still open was O`Reilly`s.
