Definitely not high speed

Came in for a simple flat repair and rotation and balance. This usually takes half an hour at Tire Barn but took almost an hour and a half here. I don`t know why because they weren`t busy. When they brought my car out they still had the spare tire on. The tech got defensive with me like it was my fault he put the wrong wheel on the car. Another 20 mins later and my car is finally done. They charge $50, which is steep... view more. And they didn`t even balance them properly. There was a worse vibration than when they began. I thought I`d save time versus driving across town to Tire Barn, but wasted a lot more time.

Let me start by saying that this was the third time I have taken my vehicle here, and I have several friends who go here often. I will never go here again and I will make sure that anyone I know does not go here either. Do not go to High Speed Tire if you care about your wheels. Took my car there today to take my winter wheels off and put my summers on. They had to take the TPMS out of my stock wheels to put them int... view moreo my OZ Ultra`s. While putting the tires on/off they scraped one of my OZ wheels badly enough that it scratched it down to the metal, taking the finish off in four places. These wheels cost 350$ each. When I brought this to their attention, the manager explained to me how their machines cost $9,000 and how that if it had damaged the wheels it would be a big scrape. He also explained to me (while treating me like I was a child) that my 225/40/18`s had such a small sidewall that it was really not their fault, it is so hard to do. I then said that they were using crowbars to get my tires unmounted and that is what I think caused the problem, he did not respond to that. I am very compulsive about keeping my wheels clean and checking for damage. I know for a fact that this damage was not there. He refused to believe me. He offered to take 10$ off the cost of the swap. Thanks. So basically I had 4 wheels (1 with a small curb scrape) and three were perfect. Now I have 1 perfect wheel and 3 scraped up wheels. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... like I said if you care about your wheels, don`t go to High Speed.
