Consumers beware

Do not bring your car to any of the Springdale Automotive repair centers. They are dishonest and incompetant. They tried to overcharge me on some very simple work by overstating the hours allowed for this repair. At the same stop I purchased directional tires. The car drove very badly and was dangerous to drive in the wet conditions afterwards. After checking for suspension and bearing problems it was discovere... view mored they had mounted the tires backwards in direction. This could have caused a serious accident. I took the car back and they turned the tires the right direction and told me I had to wait and talk to some else about the situation and the premature wear on the tires, this person never contacted me even after dozens of phone calls. After months of calling them they are now being dishonest about the tires ever being mounted backwards saying they were right to begin with and denying ever having the car back in to mount the tires correctly. Other friends and neighbors have complained about similar instances of them inflating repair hours or making up things that are wrong.
