They told us one thing on the phone and another when arrived Internet price of the car was $5,000 LESS than the sticker price when we got there! Then they said they would give us $4,000 dollars off our trade in making it still more than the Internet price! HOWEVER, they has already told us on the phone that the guaranteed minumum trade in of $4,000 was off the lowest price of the car which would have been th... view moree Internet Price THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US 4000 FOR OUR TRADE IN AND APPLY THAT TO THE "INTERNET PRICE" Of course they played around with a bunch of double talk and tried to make it seem as if we had misunderstood them but my husband and I BOTH called and asked point blank if the $4,000 was off the Internet price and was told YES. I just purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 from this dealership and I was very impressed by the quality of the vehicle, the dealership, and my salesperson. My family has purchased cars from Craig and Landreth since I was a little girl. When I finally was able to buy a car on my own, I went to several dealers before going to Craig and Landreth in Clarksville, In. Each dealer treated me with total disrespect, because I was on my own and I am a younger looking female. I finally called my Dad, and he reminded me to go to see Jimmy Smith at Craig and Landreth. I was looking for used cars in Louisville, KY and after shopping at several stores and dealing with plenty of tricks and typical car salesman in Louisville a friend suggested that I call Doug Fee at Craig and Landreth Cars in Clarksville, IN. I knew from the second I talked to this guy on the phone that he was the type of guy I was going to enjoy working with.
