Over a week ago, I purchased a 1997 Ford Taurus from Jeffery`s Auto Exchange. Everything he told me checked out just fine in KBB and CarFax. However, there were some minor issues he promised to fix. So, since I live 22 miles away, I decided to leave the car there until these issues were fixed. When I came back up there 3 days later and drove off the lot, the balance and alignment had been messed with (badly), the top... view more of the dashboard had been cut, a tire had been sliced to nearly the rim, cruise control`s fuse had broken, the brake lights were out, the air conditioning panel was broken, the remote entry system stopped working, there was no trunk key (which was supposed to be in the glove compartment), Window Fluid Vacuum tube was dry rotted to the liner, there is paint defects (majorly) and a huge bent in the driver door.
Because of this I took the car right back up to Jeffery`s Auto Exchange (after dealing with them on the phone for a accumulative time of 3 hours), from there, Jeffery himself told me that not only are they unwilling to pay for anything else on the car, but they (their mechanics) were reluctant to give me even a free diagnosis (Which most, if not all, mechanics do this for free.). So after a few minutes of debating and dealing with a rude conversation with the front desk, the car was taken back.
They merely replaced the air conditioning panel with one from the junkyard and claimed that it costs them "$356 excluding labor". Which is funny, because I could the exact same part of $30 online. No only that, but I had them look at the tire (which I was concerned about) and they told me "It looks fine. I`ve had tires worse than this." And, since they`ve previously lied to me about stuff on the car, I took it to Big O` Tires. They told me, and I quote, "All four of your tires look like sh-t and your brake rotors and front brakes are in terrible condition."
After hearing this, I went back on KBB and rechecked my price. KBB says that I should have paid $1,747 for the car. However, thanks to Jeffery`s lies and deceit I paid $3,500. I find this completely irresponsible and ridiculous. I will NEVER purchase from him again and will advise everyone else I know from doing the same.

Outstanding people!
I purchased a 2004 Z71 from Jeff about 6 months ago, He personally located the truck I was looking for. He sold it to me at a great price. I have had not one issue with the truck. He really went out of his way to get the right truck in the right price range for me. The truck is so dependable I gave it to my wife to drive. I also sent my Sister to him for her vehicle purchase. And she is equally happy with hers. Than... view moreks Jeffrey`s

Great People!
We recently bought a truck from Jeffrey`s and we were very happy with the entire experience! We showed up on a Saturday afternoon to look at the truck and were greeted almost immediately by a very nice lady. She was working alone and handling things calmly and smoothly. She was very informative about the vehicle, including telling us of a few minor issues that they knew about, and had a Carfax waiting on us when we r... view moreeturned to the lot from our test drive. We haggled the price a little and came to an agreement, whereas she took our financial information. I chose to obtain financing from my own bank however, and took them a check a few days later. The owner was there and took our truck to fill it up with fuel (probably $80 worth) while we finished up paperwork. He was extremely nice, and like the previous review said, gave us a pocket bible. I did not take this as an insult, as I am a Christian myself and believe this is an awesome witness of the Lord. The truck had also been freshly washed. We have had the truck a little over a month and have not had any problems whatsoever with it. They do stress to you that you are buying it ""as is"", but have gone over it and either fix, or at least disclose, any issues it may have up front, IF they know about them. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jeffrey`s!

Willing to seel TOTAL junk to anyone
I drove over an hour to meet with sales manager JD MILLS about a used truck I found listed on autotrader. Started out excellent, he was friendly and accomadating took me for a test drive and pointed out a couple of small problems I would need to get fixed. After a little haggling I paid in cash, at this point the owner Jeffrey took over. Again he seemed friendly and amicable, we finished the paper work he said a smal... view morel ""Praise Jesus"" handed me a Bible(this might well be the single most insulting point for me) and I was on my way home. About an hour into my ride home the check engine light came on and there was a horrible groaning noise come from the front of the truck constatly.
I have had the truck less then a week now and have aloready been quted at well over $1,000 to repair the front end of the truck ON TOP of the small problems I was informed of. When I called and told them about this problem, I was essentially told tough luck it`s not thier problem anymore. My advice is to avoid these guys like the plague they will pretend to be good Christians to your face and steel your money at the same time.
