Dishonest dealer
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone at all. I purchased a new F150 from them and was very adimimit that my extended warranty be a Ford waranty. I had the finance manager and also my sales associte in the office telling me that the paper work that I was signing was for a ford extended warranty. Everything was fine until I had an issue with my F150 and I took it in for service and was told that the warranty... view more was not a FORD warranty and was a third party warranty. I went to Andy Morh and talked with their finance manager about fixing the mistake. The warranty that Andy Morh charged me for was 1395.00 and the ford warranty should have been 1695.00 so I wanted to pay the 300 difference to switch to the correct warranty. Andy Morh`s finance manager was like no no no we will pro rate your old warranty at 50% and then you will have to pay the difference. So now instead of being a 300.00 difference it would be a 1,000 difference due to THEIR MISREPRESENTATION of what I was signing. I tried to explain to the guy that this wasn`t fair as I was told I was signing a FORD warranty not a third party warrany. And he was like yeah well you signed the third party warranty so its your fault. Like I tried to tell him Yeah I did sign the third party warranty with there employees telling me it was a ford warranty. I mean how was I supposed to know the difference between the ford warranty papers vs the third party papers. I also wanted help from them as I had became disabled and just lost everything in a fire so I wanted some help from there employees to provide some clarity for me as when something very traumatic happens it can make it hard to understand pages and pages and pages of paperwork so when I told the manager of this he very offensively said your disability has no bearing on this situation. I am shocked as to how a dealership could be ran this way and they are willing to let a genuine customer walk away over their 300 mistake and I am even willing to pay the difference not asking for anything free. The only thing I can think of is that they must get a good kick back for selling the third party warranty. I hope that anyone who reads this can cut through the BS response I`m sure that they will try to put this as my fault and not theirs wich isn`t at all true. Buyer BEWARE !!! Just spoke with Mike Raisor ford and was told Andy Mohr would get a kick back and better profit margin by changing the warranty to a third party warranty. Also have tried calling thereby GM and have not recived any return calls yet. Yeah what a great way to do business. FInally recived a return call from Andy morhs GM after several days of leaving messages with no return calls. As I figured I was not able to get anything resolved with them. Its funny how there finance manager and gm can make accusations of what was discussed while I was signing paperwork but then as the discussion goes on then they say well I wasn`t in the office with you at the time of signing so I can`t say what was discussed. Exactly they were not in the office and should not speculate as to what may or may not have been said. I was in there and kno what was told to me not them. Its very convinent and common for the response from Andy Morh to be sorry we are unable to resolve this and please call but if you do call all you get is the receptionist. This is in my opinion just a ploy to make it look like andy morh cares when truly they do not. Andy morh dealerships have a proven a lot of of negative feedback on lies, and misrepresentation so ask yourselfis this something you really want to deal with. I think as long as no one stands up to them andy morh will continue to do this as, for me I will pursue legal action

I purchased a 2006 Ford F250 d...
I purchased a 2006 Ford F250 diesel with 64,000 miles on 11/21/2011 from Andy Mohr Ford in Plainsfield. One week after buying it, it started, but idled rough, and ended up throwing a Check Engine Light. I mentioned this to Andy Mohr Ford representatives when I took it in for something else (Ziebart, bought it when I purchased my truck), but they couldn`t reproduce it (a salesman just drove it around for a few minutes... view more, the CEL didn?ˆ™t come on for him). Fast forward a couple days and I go out to the truck in my driveway to find the batteries dead...charge it up...starts fine...drive it ~50 miles...park it back at home...batteries dead again the next day. Take it to the dealership and diagnostics show that both batteries and the fuel injection computer (FICM) are dead and in need of replacement. That is all okay at this point, I didn?ˆ™t get stranded somewhere and I was able to get the truck to the dealership thinking that they would fix the issue (after all, this is just barely over a week after I drove it off of their lot), but instead they decided to do everything in their power to get out paying for anything to get fixed, when it was stated at the time of sale that there was a 4000 mile/4 month warranty on the vehicle, in addition to the 48k mile/4 year powertrain extended warranty I purchased with the truck. To say I`m not happy would be an understatement, especially since I (perhaps naively, it appears) decided to purchase my truck at an actual Ford dealership rather than an independent dealer or private party because I expected better post sale support if there were any issues. I just picked the truck up from the dealership today (12/8/2011) with it still unfixed, I will purchase the parts and do it myself for ?? the price that they wanted to charge me after ?ˆ?significant discounting?ˆ? (they originally wanted $1800 to replace the batteries, computer, and an injector, their final offer was $750 for the batteries and the computer, no injector) and a very large amount of running around waiting for the sales manager (Mike Norris) to make decisions and get back with me. I will NEVER set foot in this dealership again and will advise everyone I know to do the same thing.

Know who you do business with!
Looking for people like myself that feel Andy Mohr Ford of Plainfield took unfair advantage of them when buying a new car. After doing business with them and later realizing the cost on the window sticker and the amount charged on the contract were not the same for our new Ford Flex I am filing a complaint with the Indianapolis Attorney General. Also if anyone has tried to cancel the service contracts or tire and whe... view moreel contract without any luck I would also like to know about that. I was told that the Mohr card is not refundable when we tried to cancel it yet they have nothing in writing to tell consumers it would not be refundable.. Please don`t sign ANYTHING with this dealership if you cannot account for each and ever penny. Read and understand even if it takes you hours to read all the papers and understand each charge Make sure that you DO NOT SIGN any papers concerning down payment or trade in if you have not thoroughly gone over the contract with a fine toothcomb and understand each charge. Believe me, I only wish I had gone to some other Ford dealership. Love my Ford Flex====Hate that I picked Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield. J.Pridemore
