Disgusting company inside and out

I have seen this company from the inside and know that they have NOT had insurance more months this year than they HAVE, they have impounded at least 3 cars that were NOT supposed to be impounded, damaged countless vehicles (sideswipped Indy go bus while driving down road, took of $800 mirror on Mercedes Benz, damaged entire rear end of brand new Porsche) all of these were NOT reported to insurance, not including the... view more 4 accidents I can think of that we`re reported! They are shady and have actually ran 2 indetical tow businesses into the ground before opening this one! The company isn`t even legal to tow vehicles (according to DOT) and they rarely have insurance or drivers that aren`t under the influence of drugs! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CALL THEM IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE AND MONEY!!!

Treated great

I`m surprised by some of the negative comments from people that had their cars impounded. What did you expect? You got your car towed by the cops because you broke the law! I had an accident and they treated me great. They even recommended a good body shop to me. I guess if you get busted by the cops and get your car impounded it`s okay to whine about it but come on, it`s not the towing company`s fault that you go... view moret in trouble. Very rude and uprofessional service. Don`t get your car impounded by this company unless you have a large cash reserve laying around. They are hustlers with no decency or communication skills.

Thieves!!!!!

Stay away!!!!! They will do whatever in their power to take your money and take advtage of the situation. Took advantage of my child, charged a KID $190 for a 3 mile tow. Boggs, In Noblesville as well, said they would have towed for $75. Do everything in your power to stay away from these people, they will rip you off if they get even a hint that they can get away with it. In response to theirs: Funny how... view more they have to defend themselves to not just me but others. A tow is a tow unless there was an extensive mess to clean up, which there was`nt. I spoke with Boggs, in Noblesville and told them what had happened and why I needed the tow. PT&R raises the price when the police call because they can, unfair practices. In speaking with my credit card company they issued a full refund, even though they could not recover from PT&R, because they agreed i was taken advantage of, I warned them of the practices to hopefully help protect other customers from PT&R Ruthless!

THE WORST BUSINESS EVER

This is the worst company ever and i don`t know why they are shut down. They towed my car once and i called around everywhere to see where it was. I had a suspicion that it was this company because, it was the closet to the area. When i called them they said they DID NOT have my car. Great job

When I had an accident in my Ford minivan they were very helpful in recommending a body shop. They also helped me get a rental car. The young man that I talked to was very nice. The body shop they recommended did an excellent job of fixing it too. Thank you very much for your help!

The Best

The are professional and courteous. They towed my car after an accident and they were very helpful to me in finding a rental car to drive until my insurance company could take care of things. They also helped us find a body shop to get the car fixed at. After we talked to the insurance company they towed it to the body shop for us. The body shop they recommended did a great job of fixing the car fast and did a terrif... view moreic job with the repairs. You can`t even tell where it was wrecked. All of the employees there are nice and helpful and took great care of us. If my car needs towed again I know who to call! They are highly recommended.
