I started going here when they...

I started going here when they first opened and I felt they were great and very frendly after a few months there was a manager change which was fine the new manager was still very nice. We decided to get the cruse control fixed on our car and figured we might as well get the washer fluid fixed as well because we were already being charged for the labor. The total was going to be about $300 no big deal cause we want... view moreed it fixed. Then come to find out they can`t fix the curse control because what they thought it was turns out it was a computer problem and would cost $600 if not more again we were told this could happen so no big deal they took the charge off for the part and fixed the washer fluid. The washer fluid worked fine for 3 days then just stopped. I called and spoke to the manager Neal who worked on the car and said that it was most likley just the pump it was to be expected because the replacement part had been sitting in a junk yard for who knows how long he told me to bring it in and they would fix it and take care of the cost. So I did and they tell me yes its the pump we wont charge you labor but the part will be $25. I say wait a second you said over the phone that there would be no charge but now the owner is out there and not caring what the manager told me, he says they did not replace that part and it was another part they fixed and they have to charge me for it but are being nice and not charging me the $85 for the labor. I have never seen the owner work on cars and don`t even think he was there when they fixed it first so how does he know. So now its cost me $300 to fix a part I never would have fixed in the first place I feel like i was lied to over the phone and the owner has no idea how to treat customers and run a business who knows if he even works on the cars. The manager Neal was no help. I will not be returning and will never recomend this place again!
