It started out good they said no problem we can fix it! Then they charge you to do a computer scan, which I told them whats was wrong.Here comes the cost which seems fair just a little over most competitors. When I go to pick the vehicle up, they tell me they couldn`t fix it all the way and want me to bring it back and charge me another 140.00 because THEY DIDN`T HAVE ALL THE PARTS. (AFTER MARKET PARTS) SO THEY CHARG... view moreE ME FOR ALIGNMENT THAT`S NO GOOD UNLESS I PURCHASE THE PARTS THEY DIDN`T BOTHER TO DO AND BRING BACK MY VEHICLE. THEY MUST BE OUT OF THERE MIND AND I WOULDN`T USE THEM OR REFER THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY! SPOKE TO MY HUSBAND AND ANOTHER AUTO REPAIR COMPANY AND THEY SAID THE SAME THING, BUYER BE AWARE. OH LETS NOT FORGET THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT BECAUSE I DIDN`T CALL THEM BACK IN TIME. I GUESS THEY SHOULD OF WAITED UNTIL THEY HEARD FROM ME!!!!!!!! CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?

Honest + Friendly+ Credible+Resonable=Reeder`s

If you need a honest,friendly and resonable place, THIS IS IT! While driving along the 80/90 toll road headed towards Chicago on a cold 9 degree day, our battery light came on and realized our alternator was probably going out. I quickly looked up an app on my phone, Reeder`s already had 5 stars, I read the reviews and called immeadiately. Jeff directed to his place which was only 3 miles off the toll road and said h... view moree would look at it right away. As we sat there and waited for our truck I witnessed the kindness from Jeff and his team. They knew most by name, asked about their families, the post man even stayed and talked. He was awsome and the work was quick. Wish I lived in the area, would definitely go there! 100% CREDIBLE!

Very Skillful Shop!

Reeders fixed my car when a dealership couldn`t! Saved me tons of cash. Very skillful shop.
I am taking my car back on Saturday for a coolant leak. The service blew me away!
