Really impressed

What really impressed me most about this dealership was the way that the employees worked together as a team. Everyone chipped in to help me, and ultimately found me what I was looking for, and delivered it to me flawlessly at a good price. I was also impressed by the way that they treated me, a new customer, like someone they wanted to keep for the long run. Great experience

My overall experience with Penske Chevrolet was great. I never felt pressured and everyone seemed to go out of their way to be sure I was happy and completely satisfied with my transaction. I was very impressed with the fact that my salesman took me over to the service dept. to show me where I would need to go for oil changes, etc. Mr. Scott (in the service dept.) even took the time to show me the lounge area of the ... view moreservice dept. if I came in and would have to wait on my car and also told me where the drop boxes were for the keys. I can tell that everyone at Penske Chevrolet has be trained very well in making customer service the best possible. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you!
