rip off company

I bought a vehicle 12/21/09 after waiting 5 days for finanacing to finally be done. As part of the deal they were to replace the wiper blades as neither one had an adapter or properly working adaptor holding it on. Also was supposed to have 2nd keyfob made for it, oil change done and thermostat checked out as the car was not heating up. Also the car was not detailed at time of delivery. after bringing it to them ... view morethe following week, and about once a week after that, the detail(car was sprayed off and stickers removed) was done after 3 weeks, the oil change was doen after a week, the oil coming out black even though they told me it had just had one done when they got it, and the wipers still arent replaced today 3/10/2010. They let car run and said thermostat was working properly. The keyfob turned into valet key because they didnt want to pay for microchipped key. 3.5 weeks after getting the car, the check engine light came on, and it took until 3/4/2010 for them to get it in, as they would never return calls. the 6 month 6000 mile warrenty was no good because the finance manager failed to do the paperwork properly. They charged me $80 for diagnostic fees that they didnt tell me they were going to charge to check out the vehicle and wanted to charge $702 for a new intake manifold. I am still fighting for them to pay the costs and refund my fees, but they told me see u in court.

Steer Clear Of

Purchased vehicle on 11/21/09 and paid for an extended service contract. As of 1/2/10 my contract is not in effect & I have popping noises when turning left or right. Management will not return phone calls. Also was told at time of purchase that the road noise that I was hearing was due to the tire treads. Steer Clear Of

They will take your money for your extended warranty & keep it. Took my money on 11/21/09 & as of 1/2/10 it is not in effect. They will sell you a vehicle with below legal tread tires & tell you that the noise is due to the tread design. They will not return your calls.
