On 1/14/12 my husband and I purchased a beautiful Chrysler Town & Country Minivan from the Illinois Lot via the Lima location. Frustration with the process started before we ever arrived via frustrating phone calls days up to our purchase. IF we ever do purchase another vehicle via Preferred we will most definitely avoid the Lima Office and hope to work with more honest people at other lots or simply take our b... view moreusiness elsewhere. We were told we could get the best price to offer (their internet rate) which was this VIN number with 20,000 miles at a one price. We get to the lot and find out the van has 25,000 miles and now shows a price of just over lower price by $2000 but we were not entitled to that price, "must be a technical glitch" with the website and we can?ˆ™t have THAT best internet price. Then we stressed from the test drive to signing the documents we had to have 2 keys. We were assured more than once by more than one person "not to worry, they would take care of it." Since the van came from another lot they would call on Monday and get the key for us and mail it to us or give us a call to come pick it up if we preferred. After 3-4 calls from us to the sales team, we find out 5 days later there is no second key but they can SELL us one for a reasonable price. Pure frustration took over, we informed them we wouldn`t give them any more of our money but we`d find and buy one ourselves. We were told they could program it for us for "a reasonable amount". We have spent years improving our credit, building our savings to be able to make a purchase like this. It is sad to have been treated so poorly.

My wife and I went to the tent sale that they had looking for a car, the salesman was very polite and helpful. We had found a car that we both liked, these people had bent over backwards to get us in this car. They even removed some money off the car to get our payment down to what we wanted. They can be a little pushy but just stand your ground on what you want and they will get you there. I had bought several other... view more new cars in the past from other dealers, had less problems here. Had now major problems with the car and we are very happy with it. The company also has no problem having convicted felons out on probation for felony theft taking your down payment money and selling cars to you - maybe if your lucky he will deliver your car to your house and rob you there too like the last car dealer he worked for in Warsaw. This is a pretty sketchy company if you ask me.

Beware of auburn location

I have been looking for a used car and a while back I was in Sorg Nissan when a police officer came in searching for the sales guy ( Donnie) I had worked with, for child molestation charge, they fired him, but I was in Auburn and went to look at a car at preferred auto and there he was, I left immediately. He has a felony and is on probation right not for felony theft and a bunch of other convictions ( I heard the wo... view morerds guns and fraud) according to what I overheard the officer telling the owner at Sorg. Why would you let someone like that work with the public and their children and money????

WORST!!!!!

I purchased a car at this location and I have regretted that decision ever since. After having the car for under 24 hours I had problems and they wouldn`t stand behind there product.
