Awful!!!!
Bauman`s has had my husband`s Taurus for about 5 months now for a transmission repair that warranty has already paid for. Every week we are promised that we will have the car tomorrow, Tuesday, next Monday and each deadline rolls around with a car that hasn`t seen a mechanic`s hand in weeks.
If you want to borrow a car for months and months or just walk everywhere, go to Bauman`s.
Worst repair experience I hav... view moree ever encountered. If I could give Bob Bauman one star, I would. Ack.
