Karma is one of the worst things and it strikes again! If you install junk low cost parts on customers vehicles (like mine) it will eventually catch up with you. Shutting down your business and turning off the phones doesnt make it go away. No these are not the Masters of Auto
I took my car to these guys because all the reviews online were good and they are listed on autozone.com as a preferred mechanic in my town. My car had some major mechanical issues so I had my friend (old guy) who was a mechanic look at he told me what was wrong and that i should probably take it somewhere. So I took it to these guys and I told them the story and they said they couldn`t get to it that week (it was Th... view moreursday) I said that was fine no rush took some time off work for my daughter being born. Next week Monday goes by no call Tuesday later on the day still no call so I call them. This guy answers the phone and I asked him how my car was doing and he gets very defensive and remarks to me that he was busy and hadn`t got to it yet. Trying not to p.o. the guy I said it was okay just get to it when you can. Get a call next morning hey its an internal timing issue be $600 to fix I say that`s cool do it. This is Wednesday week 2 of my car being there. Monday week 3 rolls around give them a call to see how it is going... guy with the attitude answers the phone remarks still not done they were busy with other stuff oh and they couldn`t get my battery to work (even though I just bought that one a month ago) so I would have to by another battery from them for a $100 before they would do anymore work on it I say cool do it. Wednesday week 3 call them they don`t call me and ask whats up oh there is more wrong with my car than they first thought and they need to replace the computer for an extra $200 bucks. I don`t like it but hey I need a car so cool do it. Wednesday week 4 give them a call hey whats up oh waiting on a part should be here today cool whatever... Friday Week 4 call hey whats up oh waiting on a part should be here today I told them screw it went and got my car didn`t pay them for anything very unhappy.
Long story short DON`T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE
