On July 10th i wreacked my brand new Ford transit connect van. It was taken to golden chassis on Greenwood. I was able to pick the van up on August ,2nd. The truck was back to premier condition. Every time we have had to use this business we have had above average results
They fasy friendly courteous and in general the Best on the business.

Golden Chassis Greenwood
Golden Chassis is a GREAT shop. They are also ""AAA"" - Approved"" They repaired my 07 BMW 5 back in June 08. My vehicle has about $7000 in Damage. They worked with AAA Insurance and took care of everything... AAA INSURANCE & GOLDEN CHASSIS ARE GREAT....

Wonderful People
Took my brand new Lexus to Golden Chassis in Greenwood after hitting a deer. My car had less than 2000 miles on it and I was devastated. Golden Chassis not only made the car look like it had never been in an accident, but their staff went above and beyond in comforting me. The girls up front took the time to explain how the claim process would be handled from start to finish. Jason, the manager, explained in detai... view morel what they would be doing to my car. When he could tell I obviously didn`t quite understand what he was talking about, he took me on a tour of their wonderful facility and showed me other vehicles in various stages of repair. When I came to pick up my car, Jason again took the time to explain what had been done and answer all of my questions. Best of all, my brand new car was brand new again. Thank you Jason, and thank you Golden Chassis!

""created"" more problems, increased the estimate
Our car was taken to Golden Chassis by the dealer we bought it from. The quote to fix three little chips (caused by a rock that dinged the hood) in the paint was $250. They called and said that they found 2 more chips in the paint and to fix it, they needed to repaint the entire hood so it was going to be $400 instead. We asked them to mark the additional spots. When we got the car home, we looked at the ""additi... view moreonal spots"" to be fixed and they were WATER MARKS! I rubbed these ""chips in the paint"" away with my finger. I guess they knew we wanted it fixed bad enough to pay $250 and it was already there so we`d pay another $150. We are SO angry about this. We will definitely be shopping around! This wouldn`t be such a big deal if it weren`t a BRAND NEW car... a 2007. We wanted to keep it in perfect shape for longer than the 2 weeks we`ve had it and we are getting ripped off before our first payment is due. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
