When I brought my car in on Friday, January 8th, 2010 at 12:30, I was told my wait for an oil change would be 15 minutes so I decided to wait. I was kept waiting for an hour. I understand other people may have been in front of my car but I should`ve been told the truth and given the option of waiting or going somewhere else with a truthful answer. My time is valuable to me and I don?ˆ™t like being lied to.
