I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Sonny Bishop Cars. Pam called me and made it her business to find out what I was looking for. I came into the office and there was no pressure to make a deal I wasn`t comfortable with. I got a GREAT car and the payment is sooooo affordable. I will definitely tell my friends and family about the experience I had!!!!!!!!

I love this dealership.. They have been very helpful with getting me into a car ... YES, its a used car, so i expect things to go wrong... but none have has happen yet... Kept their Promise

When I came in here I had zero credit history. I never had a credit card or any loan. They promised me that if I made all my payments on time that in a years times I would have credit and would be able to refinance. I bought an 03 Dodge Dakota. It has been a little over a year now and I just refinanced my truck today at Park Community Credit Union for half of the intrest. After one year of payment I went from zero cr... view moreedit to 717! I dont have any credit cards either. They kept their promise and reported all my payments to the credit bureau. So if you have zero credit like I had or bad credit I would highly recommend Sonny Bishop. Ask for Wes.

What to look for ( attorney general complaints go a long way

Like any used lot there is good and bad. Stand behind the car u like look and make sure all doors r all the way closed when they should be if they stick out something is wrong make sure fender our not bowed out. Go to front of car make sure both head lights are clear or foggy if one looks newer then the other that`s signs of collision wrecks do not have to be reported to car fax 7 out of ten used vehicles have been w... view morerecked and put back together if the steering wheel is not center when driving down the road the car will eat up tires don`t get lied to it`s not a 40 dollar alignment otherwise they would take care of the problem before having you sign anything or taking any money from you let`s b realistic if you owned the car lot would you let 40 bucks ruin your chances of selling a car and also if you drive it notice the problem and they say the car just got there and blah blah blah they shouldn`t let you drive it any way if they don`t know what`s really wrong look at the tires make sure they have the same wear all the way across the tread if they are more bald on the outside or inside there`s a suspension problem I have nice cars for your tax check u will not owe a payment most r 1 owner with 80`000 or less miles feel free to respond to my review with your contact info my fee is 300.00 that`s a lot better then a 1600 dollar pack fee plus another 2000 in sales commission plus another 4000 in interest buy from me you will not have a payment you will have a awesome car and liability insurance will be all you need u got 3 to 5 thousand dollars call me I have a 2008 Kia spectra on louisville Ky craigslist 30,000 miles factory bumper to bumper warranty 7000.00 if you feel that you got a unfair shake at Sonny Bishops contact the attorney generals office file a complaint it will go slot further then you think and is not a waste of time and it is free, also please be aware Sonny Bishop gives those idiots working in there plenty of money to buy good cars for resale they just rip him off that`s the main problem he is a great person but with so many crooked people in this world if you owned a business what r the chances of hiring honest help slim and none I feel for him there r destroying his reputation and name.
