Bad Service

First of all they estimated a week for my repairs which turned into more than 2 weeks. My car sat untouched for a whole week and the reason I know this is because I went back to get something out of it, only to see it in the same spot it was in when I dropped it off. I had a rental for this whole time period when I could have been driving my own car until they were actually going to begin working on it. Waiting for Godot!

My wife and I felt like we were held hostage by this shop. They had our car over six weeks. We came in to check on the car after three weeks and they showed us the car with a few pieces removed.

What had they done in those three weeks?

We were repeatedly told, ""next week"" only to be disappointed over and over again. The work they completed seems adaquate, however, the inside of the car and trunk are... view more extremely dusty from sitting in their shop for over one and a half months. They sent the car out several times to adjust the alignment--this took several days. I recommend you select a shop that does the alignment in-house then it will take a few hours instead of several days.

They will tell you repeatedly that they are a, ""State Farm shop."" I was not a State Farm insured customer.
