Pete was my sales person and I am referring all my relatives to him. Pete was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I come in to the showroom and all the sales staff was busy and I did not have the time to wait. Tom noticed I was leaving and walked out to my car and made time for me. He was outstanding. He knew I did not have a lot of time and took very good care of me, answered my questions, gave me the best price with out me having to haggle. I appreciate his knowledge of the car I purchase. The salesman that sold me my car, Joe Salas, was extremely helpful and extremely friendly. He made certain that I knew all about the car and took extra time, when I was uncertain about something. I was also very pleased with the service department for being so polite and helpful. They are all truly helpful and friendly individuals. What I was not happy about was, in order to receive the $3,000 rebate, it was nece... view moressary for me to take a loan. I have always paid for my cars in full. I will pay the car in full after I receive my second bill. I am in no way placing the blame on Webb Ford, they did a fantastic job. I am just unhappy with Ford Motor Company for basically forcing me into taking a loan. I have never driven anything but Fords and I will continue to purchase them.

The service was great...I had taken the vehicle in for a oil change and the tech recommended I have the tires rotated...after careful consideration...I thought that this was a good idea..so I returned..the tech did not pressure me but was "professionally" "matter of fact" about the advantage of having my tires rotated.
