The staff at in all of the departments at this dealership are the most talented group I`ve met at any dealership. I searched all over the Chicago area for the Harley I wanted and finally found the model I wanted at Crete, HD. The salesperson (Ron--who unfortunately has since left the dealership) was the knowledgeable and patient.
