I didn`t buy a car here, but I did get good customer service. I called Warrick from Detroit, asking about their online extended warranty offer for the 2010 Focus I bought up here 2 years ago. The guy who picked up identified himself as Mike Potts, GM of the dealership, and for 10-15 minutes he patiently answered questions about warranties and gave me prices for at least 6 different versions offered by Ford. I`m fortu... view morenate to have had the chance to talk to him and would like to see what he had on his lot if I was ever looking for a car in Covington.
