My husband and I took our 2001 Honda Odyssey van to see Billy at Chip`s Place. The regulator on our drivers side window broke. Billy quoted us the lowest price out of 10 different shops that I called. He was the only one who gave a definitive price quote and I was curious to see if that price would "change" once we got there. I am happy to say that it did not, it was right on the money. I have been using Chip`s Automotive for several years. Bad experience, Buyer Beware!!

Over the years I have taken my autos to Chip`s Place in Jeffersonville Indiana.
I have been forgiving with their screw ups and patient with thier explanations.
I cannot in good faith go back, after they screwed up work on my autos for the 4th time.
This time is was the transmission on my 2001 Dodge Truck.
They will not honor warranties.
They screwed upa brake job on my 1997 Ford van.
They put a new... view more motor the same van when Patrick was working under Southern Indiana Engine Exchange, it had a miss in after having a new motor, it has that same miss 5 years later.
I have been long suffering with them but I cannot do it anymore.
I will have to take them to small claims court for this last botched job.
