Do not go to this place! They are horrible! I had a car starter installed. Not only did they install it wrong, it caused my car to fry our and stop working. It cost me over 600 to have it fixed and they wouldnt take care of it. They are the idiots that installed it wrong on my new car and then they have the nerve to not return phone calls and just brush you away. Brian the store manager is a complete waste of time. D... view moreo not buy anything from this place! You will be left with a horrible experience and also a hole in your pocket.

I read all of the bad reviews ...
I read a lot of bad reviews on the internet after I called Waxwerks and I was a bit worried about the work before picking up the vehicle. In my case the fears were not justified as I was very pleased with their work. I got a deal on a new Ford F150 that I couldn?€™t refuse, but the only options it came with were AC and automatic transmission. I wanted to upgrade to power windows, power locks, and keyless start, entry,... view more and security so I called Waxworks. To my surprise they estimated the cost to be $1140 for the whole job including sales tax (the guy I worked with was Brian B.). I took the truck in late on Thursday and had it back on Saturday afternoon. The installation was very tight, switches were higher quality than I expected and were straight and centered on the panels, the cab was very clean when I picked it up, the manuals were sitting on the center arm rest, and nothing was missing from the vehicle. Brian took me outside and explained everything to me and showed me how everything worked. The price was the same as the estimate and they did not raise it when I got there, both remotes came with the unit as advertised. I asked Brian about the bad reviews and he did not BS his way out of it. He did say however that Waxwerks has changed ownership and they are trying to build the business back up and take care of old complaints. BTW, I am NOT a relative, friend, lover, or whatever of anyone at Waxworks.
