Honest and Dependable

I went to Northwest Frame and Alignment after reading the reviews on this website. My Mitsubishi dealer told me that it would cost over $1100 to align my back tires because they were `seized` and the entire portion would need to be replaced. I went to NFA and they aligned my back tires without replacing anything for around $150!! They were courteous, honest and helpful. Zionsville`s/Carmel`s Best Auto Shop

I went there looking for a car. When I got there Kevin was great. He showed me what he had and I ended up getting a really nice car for a great price. He also does work on the car and I have never had a problem with anything. They are really great and I recommend them to anyone.

I`ve been going to NW Frame & Alignment for almost 4 years ...

Since my family has several cars and they all have two sets of tires and wheels (summer and winter), I have used their services many times. The cars have always been ready on time, the work has been excellent, and I highly recommend NW Frame & Alignment.

I have had tires mounted, wheels balanced, and wheels fixed so it`s been the full range of services.

Has consistently been very helpful in repair, parts and consultations

I have worked mostly with Kevin and he has gone beyond helpful. He repaired the rear axle support on my 1992 BMW 325 for a great price and did an excellent job and I have gone back to him many times for parts and advice and he has been extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop. Great work.
