Thank Goodness For Beech Grove Tire

I was traveling through Indianapolis and happened to encounter car problems, my GPS located Beech Grove Tire for me off the bypass and I found them to be very helpful, they gave me options and thoroughly inspected my car! The service was fast, the price was reasonable and they gave me warranty on the work they completed. My son will be going to Ball State next year and I feel better knowing that, although not close... view more, there is someone I will safe sending my son to if he has car problems between home and school.

Save yourself some time and money, find someplace else

Beech Grove tire is the worst tire company around. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of going here, to check out any other place. They have robbed me time after time selling me unacceptable, used tires and not offering a warranty even though they say they have. i bought a tire off of them, had it for less than 2 weeks and when it exploded (literally) for no apparent reason, they said they offered me a warranty ... view moreand I declined. HA. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude about the whole situation, and even went as far as to lie to me about being the manager. The hours are not convenient to anyone with a real job (not open untill 7am, closed on the weekends) and you always have to wait hours on in sitting in the P.O.S. waiting room. I myself will start going to discount tire or any other place near the southside. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some money and never, EVER go to BG tire.
