Poor Customer Service
You won`t find a friendly smile and good customer service here. I bought tires here and came in for routine oil change and one of the tires was low. I was told I needed to buy a new tire and I had to demand they call another store to prove my purchase. Tire was under warranty still being it was so new. They pro-rated the tire so it still cost me and had to order it because it wasn`t in stock. I went back in 2 days la... view moreter to give back "loaner" tire and waited an additional hour for them to tell me the wheel was bent. I already waited 4 hours for an oil change 2 days prior. I will never refer business to Patriot Tire.

I took my car in to get new brakes, pads, rotors, and an oil change. After they inspected my car, they called me and gave me a quote of about $300 not including labor. I went in the next day to pick up my car knowing it was going to be more money but when I got my bill it said $650.00! I was shocked. She was not trying to be helpful but made it clear she was stressed because they were busy. My issue with this place is not that they didn`t fix my car well. My issue is that they omitted that final price everything would cost when they called me to let me know how much work needed to be done on the car. When someone is spending that much money on their car, they need to know exactly how much money everything is going to cost before they get their bill. It`s customary to keep the costumer informed, right? I am disappointed with the way the employees at the Dupont location handled my situation and felt like they were rude, unwilling to help, and unsympathetic. My whole family brought their cars to patriot. We will not longer be using their services in the future.

I was very impressed with the Dupont location. The guys at the counter were very helpful and even beat another company`s sale price for me. They were very busy but they still made sure all of my questions were answered. Everyone was professional and I will be going there from now on, and recommending them to everyone.

I wouldn`t go to this company ...
I wouldn`t go to this company for several reasons one the owners treat all customers like a meal ticket. They lie to the customer about promise times by not having a scheduling system that works. They tell you their techs are ASE Certified when only a few out of the entire chain are. At eighty five dollars an hour a dealership would give greater rewards. Trust the mechanics!
I went to Patriot because my fiance has in the past and trusts the mechanics. I had to get 4 new tires put on, and when I walked in the guy at the counter was on the phone... I waited... realized it was a personal call, and asked if someone else could help me. I got the `just a minute` finger. WOW. My vehicle went in was taken care of in about 45 minutes, and when I went to pay looked at the business cards to see if ... view morethere was one for the manager to call about the front counter service. The manager was the guy that was on the counter! I spoke with the owner a few days later and was promised a voucher for a free oil change. Made an appointment the next week to have an alignment only to show up the day of and learn that their alignment machine was broken! They couldn`t call me because they supposedly did not have my # in their system (hard to believe). Went to the other location (Lima & Dupont) the next day and recieved my alignment, much better service at the counter (and seemed quicker!) They redeemed themselves, but I am still waiting on that free oil change (it`s been a month guys...)
