Unbelievable work............

I took my 1993 300ZX there because up to now they had done good work on prior cars taken there for work. Needless to say it took them FOREVER to get my bumper replaced and on top of that not only did the color not match ( now I have a two tone car )(when painting a bumper you are suppose to blend the paint with the bumper and the quarter panel to make it seem natural..... not painting it separately so you can notice ... view morethe difference ) then it was attached poorly ( whomever put in on did not attach the tabs under the bottom to the bar ) the plastic panels on the inside were re-attached poorly so now my car rattles on the inside now when playing my music and the tire iron was missing. I will NO LONGER RECOMMEND them to anyone and will post every where I can so other folks wont make the same mistake. I took my car to another shop and while they are gonna charge me more fix what Talman Auto should have done right the first time it will be worth it. They pointed out ALL THE MISTAKES they made in the repair. I would have done better off leaving the old bumper on the car ....now you can TELL it was in a accident...before you had to LOOK HARD!!!! P.S They have a disclaimer sitting on the desk stating when repainting bumpers they might come out different colors DUE to the SUN and fading but mine MATCHED perfectly prior to them working on it.

Better service elsewhere

I would never do business with Talman as a direct customer. They are only interested in insurance business, and inflate their prices to direct customers. In addition, their payment terms are ludicrous for the self-paying customer. If your insurance company is making the payment and you are required to use them, their work is satisfactory. TALMAN TOOK MY SPARE TIRE OUT OF MY TRUNK!
IF I HAD NOT PICKED UP A SCREW IN MY TIRE WEEKS LATER, I NEVER WOULD HAVE KNOW TO LOOK FOR IT. I WAS OUT WITH MY CHILDREN AND LUCKILY, CLOSE TO SOME OF MY FAMILY.
