the place for service!

I have a Civic Hybrid and this is the 6th Honda I`ve owned...5 of them purchased from Continental. The Hondas are impossible to beat on reliability and durability but what keeps me going back to this dealer is the outstanding service they provide. Rarely do I need anything beyond routine maintainence. I am treated like a valued customer, get prompt attention, an understandable explanation of what my car needs, how ... view morelong it will take and what it will cost. These folks have the patience of saints. I am not mechanically inclined and they answer questions and provide explanations and information in a way even I can understand. On several occasions they have been able to trouble shoot for me over the phone and save me lots of anxiety and unnecessary costs----most recently helping me when I locked my keys in the car!!! I can`t say enough positive about them. They have my business for life!
