Absolutely horrible! If you`re going to have an oilchange, fine, but when it comes to actual repairs..avoid at all costs! Took my Pilot in due to some noise in the front drivers side tire, the next thing I know I`m being told that I need $1500 worth of repairs. I then took my vehicle to another Honda dealer in Gurnee & the job was fixed and completed for under $500. A $1,000 difference! I will NEVER take my Honda there for service again!!

WONDERFUL DEALER AND STAFF

I have been going to Pauly Honda for past 12 years. I bought in 1999 and again in 2010. As with ANY dealer, if you go in prepared you will have a wonderful experience. This last purchase in 2010 was such a pleasant experience. As a ""return"" customer, I was treated with nothing but respect. Was given such a great deal for my trade in (no, not my1999 Honda but a 1998 Mercury) as well as a good price for the 2010... view more. My 1999 still is in GREAT shape and condition. I have had only GREAT experiences in the service department as well and they do NOT try to sell you on things you don`t need. Everyone has always been professional and friendly and quite accomodating.
GIVE THEM A TRY. I WILL GO BACK FOR A 3RD!

WORST Dealership ***STAY CLEAR***

I would NEVER go back here. Unprofessional, deceitful, disrespectful. I should have read these reviews before I went to see them. They will lie and cheat to screw anyone over. DO NOT GO HERE
