I purchased a vehicle was push...
I purchased a vehicle was pushed to buy and move on. Could not see tires and wanted to pick up the next day but was told take it home. Had the car 5 weeks, no paperwork, no inspections and already needing over $1000 in repairs and new tires. I took into the dealership and although I have to say the service dept has been good as far as giving me a car to drive, I have been told that approval needs to be obtained to se... view moree if the repairs are covered and the tires most likely are not. Im not sure how 4 tires can go bad in a period of 5 weeks from the date of purchase. Im a single mom that was driving a not so good car and wanted something safe and dependable for my child and myself and it is difficult enough making it. Then to find out the car you purchase needs all of these repairs this soon is devastating to me. Now if the repairs are not covered I dont know what I am going to do. I was also told on the date of purchase I would recieve a safety and emissions inspection and now im told it is just the emissions. I know it is rough and cars need to be sold but I feel like I have been suckered. Now I have a 5 yr loan and just made the first car payment and dont even know if I am going to be able to drive the car if I cannot come up with the money for repairs, which is not going to be an easy task if at all.

Glad I am not alone!
Was told car was in as near perfect condition as possible - lie. Was told remote locking device battery would be provided - lie. Was told problem with car would be repaired and was even given a loaner car while my car was supposedly being serviced. When I came back to pick up the car the problem wasn`t fixed, and the manager laughed at me then cursed at me. Spouse called to try to speak to other manager who proceeded to speak so disrespectfully that he caused tears! Finally spoke with owner who told me I was the problem. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They messed up every single piece of paperwork, forged my signature on one paper and lost everything we gave them. We have had the car for 1.5 months now and everything is still a mess. The workers are incompentant and run in circles when asked questions about what is going on. Don`t count on your warranty!
I was happy with everythiing up until getting any repairs done under the warranty. I was to have tail light repaired that leaked. It still fills up with water after twice having it in for repairs. The sun roof seal tore and I was told it was not cover under the warranty. The molding that was loose when I bought the car was taken in to have it fixed. bad buisness
I was working with Suntrup at 3105 Lemay Ferry Rd. to get a vehicle. I was lied to and was not treated as a customer at all. I would not recommend this car lot to anyone at all.As a matter of fact I am TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW how I was treated and to not shop there at 3105 Lemay Ferry Rd.

POOR used car dealership!
I would not recommend Suntrup Select. We looked at a used car that we thought would be detailed and clean and somewhat ready to go if we were interested. We had been communicating over the internet with Dan Suntrup who obviously knew we were interested in the car. When we arrived, one of the dealers had been driving the car. It was dirty and there were even beer bottle lids in the car! Dan kept changing his numb... view moreers to try to make us think we were getting a better deal but the bottom line number never changed. We educate ourselves before car shopping and he treated us like we were dumb. When we test-drove the car, the wheel vibrated badly and the car`s intermittent windshield wipers were broken. I felt that if the dealership wanted business, they could make sure the cars were clean and in good working condition. We`ll never buy from Suntrup.

warranty is a scam
recently purchased a vehicle from this company and was provided with a 3,000 mile warranty. Brought the vehicle in for multiple problems during the warranty period and was sent home with the vehicle still not completely repaired after 2 weeks in the shop.

Sunsuck Select
These guys are who give used car dealers a bad name. Worked wtih Scott for a few days and his numbers changed randomly and without reason, like he had a bottomline and would connive his way into the number whatever method he could get to work. After a final bottomline was agreed to, we went up to sign the contract. They had tacked on ONLY a $199 dealer processing charge and then we were also told we had to put out... view more another mere $24.99 for emissions. We were so disappointed as we had done all we could to get the cash scraped up to pay for the car we needed for our daughter, not to mention the 3 days haggling time we put in with the salesjerk. Salesman told my wife he would make it up to us, as we had to explain that poor people really do think $224 is a lot of money. Of course when we picked up the car there were no concessions to be made. In fact, we had asked for a battery for the remote door lock, and that was another no big deal for the dealer; i.e., ""we have a box of them somewhere laying around."" But did they bother to find a battery or get the remote fixed for us as part of their customer service. No way. They had their deal and they were done with us. And now we are done with them.
