One of the worst mechanic shops in the area, owners are rude, cocky, arrogant. When I asked for documentation and certification so I know they are capable of working on my BMW 745 the owner did not provide this information and said that he drives an m5. (Which is pictured in his ad~Joe from "Imperial Motor Company")Merely driving an m5 does not qualify someone as a licensed mechanic. This place was poorly a... view morend maintained. Inferior service, poor reviews all over the Internet. As a consumer with no affiliation I am appalled that this shop treats its customers like this. Consumers beware. Owner tries to deflect this report because the author clearly hides their identity in order to maintain their safety.:Thanks to this horrible sham of a "service",I now get to pay another 2500 dollars to a legitimate repair center on top of the thousands this scam outfit got from me! I brought my vehicle in for a minor repair/maintenance and after a week of what I`m assuming was some kind of party ride-from the state my car was returned in-I now have actual damage to repair as well as the work that was never apparently attempted.
